• Provide technical support to users of department-directed applications.
• Update and maintain department websites.
• Install new software/hardware and tailor features to department needs.
• Write system documentation and production procedures.
• Resolve security issues and maintain backup/recovery systems.
• Maintain day-to-day LAN operation and overall system health.
• Train users and develop user manuals.
