5. Fluency in Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Registering students for courses.
2. Responds to requests for information via telephone, email, and live chat utilizing quality customer service skills in accordance with Triton’s College Performance Standards.
3. Conducts telephone outreach and Informs students of their next steps in the application, enrollment, and registration process.
4. Assists students with questions on navigating Triton website and Student Portal.
5. Other duties as assigned.
