Job summary

Triton College is seeking a Program Assistant for the Early Alert & Intervention team to provide proactive, data-informed support to students. The role focuses on reviewing alerts, outreach, and coordinating referrals to campus resources within the Academic Success department.

Under supervision, you will assist with day-to-day tasks, track intervention milestones in CRM Advise, and help analyze persistence and completion data.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required.
• Experience using CRM Advise or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily review and processing of early alert flags, absence notifications, and referrals via CRM Advise and faculty channels.
• Direct outreach to students via phone, email, text, and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate warm handoffs and track referral completion to Academic Success and related services.
• Assist the Director with day-to-day coordination and task assignments for Student Assistance Work-Study students.
• Maintain accurate interaction notes and track intervention milestones for semester-end analyses.

Education: High school diploma

Responsibilities

1. Daily review and processing of early alert flags, automated absence notifications, and department referrals submitted via CRM Advise and faculty channels.

2. Conduct direct, multi-channel outreach (phone, email, text, in-person meetings) to students.

3. Facilitate warm handoffs and track referral completion to the Academic Success Center, Troy Care Collective, Financial Aid, Counseling, and more.

4. Assist the Director in day-to-day coordination and task assignments for Student Assistance Work-Study students.

5. Maintain accurate, timely interaction notes in CRM Advise, track student intervention milestones, and assist in compiling semester-end persistence and course completion analyses.
