Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of administrative or customer support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data handling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails about changes, services, and meal orders.
• Notify department head of changes or additional services.
• Collaborate with department head; print and distribute reports to assigned departments.
• Produce production reports and print labels; edit and manually add flights in CBASE system.
• Utilize Customer website to extract Meal Orders for the Day Of and future scheduling.
• Manage Ricoh inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Submit service calls for equipment as needed.
• Inventory office supplies and forecast usage.
• Audit flights and diagrams to ensure proper distribution and verification per customer specifications.
