Job summary

Qualifications

• US citizenship with active Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience.
• Must meet FBI TS/SCI, background, training, facility-access, and polygraph requirements.
• Possess CISSP, CISM, or comparable certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise change management.
• Experience with JIRA/change workflow.
• Familiarity with NIST control-impact analysis and governance-board coordination.
• Experience with emergency change and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Change Management process and coordinate security review of RFCs.
• Support TCAB, TCCB, and CMB governance.
• Perform security and risk analysis, evaluate control and architecture impacts, document decisions and mitigations.
• Drive timely emergency-change actions and elevate high-risk or non-compliant requests.
• Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for protection of networks and information.
