Job summary

Catalyst Acoustics Group is seeking an Information Security Manager to own and operate its security program. You will lead governance, incident response, and vendor management while directly handling key security operations.

You will partner with IT, HR, Operations, and the brands, coordinating with Paragus SOC for scale. This is a senior, hands-on, single-owner role with a growth trajectory and cross-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security with hands-on operations and leadership responsibility.
• Experience with incident response and EDR tooling.
• M365/Entra security depth including MFA/CA and Defender.
• Knowledge of email security administration.
• Experience with vulnerability management and remediation.
• Experience running a security awareness program.
• Ability to set policy/governance and report security posture to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the information-security roadmap and priorities across all brands and sites.
• Develop and maintain security policy, standards, and governance; drive change management and access governance.
• Own risk and compliance activities including risk register and vulnerability management cadence.
• Own KnowBe4 security awareness program, phishing simulations, and HR remediation.
• Manage security vendors and the Paragus co-managed SOC relationship; ensure defined outcomes.
• Report security posture and KPIs to VP Technology and ELT; lead due diligence for acquisitions.
• Own or co-own business continuity and disaster-recovery planning; validate backups and recovery testing.
• Contribute security perspective to ERP consolidation and major tech projects.
