Catalyst Capital, a diversified financial services group, seeks a Security Manager to own security across brands. You will lead the security program, coordinate incident response, and build a small team in a fully remote setting.

You report to the Head of Technology and brief leadership monthly on security posture and risk. You will write and enforce policies, prepare for SOC 2/ISO audits, and drive phishing defense and brand protection.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in security, including leadership at 100+ staff.
• Experience leading live incident response, not only tabletop exercises.
• Built or rebuilt security programs: policy, tooling, training, and IR.
• Experience in crypto/fintech or high-fraud industry.
• Deep knowledge of phishing, social engineering, and impersonation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the security program across brands and report posture to leadership monthly.
• Lead end-to-end incident response and run live incidents.
• Manage and develop the Security Engineer and build the security team as the company grows.
• Write and enforce security policies and prepare for audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Oversee phishing simulations, brand protection, and impersonation defenses.
• Set security standards for customer accounts and coordinate with engineering teams.
