Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 2+ years of experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills across the team and organization.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task against deadlines.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Asana; working knowledge of SQL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee central coordination across Cambridge Associates’ private investment, hedge fund, and long-only research information.
• Collaborate to triage information, assign tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Manage large-scale operational processes for Research Teams across asset classes.
• Handle multiple inboxes, Asana workplans, and various requests.
• Create and run queries/reports from databases to support management, research, clients, and marketing.
• Facilitate communication between Manager Research Operations and individual teams.
• Create and maintain regular and ad-hoc reporting needs.
• Interact with stakeholders professionally across settings.
• Populate databases with information and draw conclusions to propose solutions.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives within Manager Research and Operations.
