Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP in the Austin area seeks an Operations Manager to lead the firm's Information Governance program, translating strategy into operational execution while ensuring information assets are managed under firm policies, privacy and regulatory standards.

You will supervise IG staff, develop metrics and dashboards, drive process improvements, and partner across Legal, IT, Risk and Compliance to modernize governance with occasional in‑office attendance per the hybrid policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related field.
• 8-12+ years of progressively responsible experience in Information Governance, Records Management, Legal Operations, Information Management, Knowledge Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the Information Governance team.
• Develop staffing plans, succession planning strategies, and professional development opportunities.
• Monitor service delivery metrics related to onboarding, offboarding, and matter transfer activities.
