Qualifications

• Experience leading information governance programs and operations.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational execution.
• Strong collaboration with attorneys, IT, Information Security, Risk, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the Information Governance team.
• Establish operational priorities, workload distribution, service standards, and performance expectations.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop Information Governance personnel.
• Develop staffing plans and professional development opportunities.
• Monitor operational performance and resource requirements.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and matter mobility processes.
• Oversee governance of enterprise repositories and information architecture.
• Direct records retention, disposition, archival, and destruction activities.
