Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking an Information Governance Intern (Finance) to join our Lakewood, CO team, working in a hands-on role across Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform. You will gain real-world experience supporting records, data governance, and user help in a fast-paced corporate setting.

The internship is a temporary full-time program (in-person/hybrid) in Lakewood for Summer 2027 (May–August, 10 weeks), with competitive pay and opportunities for hands-on mentoring.

Qualifications

• Student actively enrolled in a degreed program with expected graduation Dec 2026 - May 2028.
• Pursuing IT/CS/information management related studies.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 apps and basic data governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive end users and issues.
• Index and categorize physical information and coordinate offsite retrieval.
• Assist with shredding/scanning activities and records management.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Forms and Power Platform automations.
• Audit usage, storage, and site collections for issues.
• Contribute to data governance for structured/unstructured data.
