Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a Summer 2027 IT Internship in Lakewood, CO. You will join a team delivering end-user support for computers, software, and devices, while learning the current IT incident management processes. Expect to handle tickets, document resolutions, and interact with production and development environments.

Interns will gain exposure to Server, Networking, Applications, and Cyber Security roles. The program runs May through August for 10 weeks, in-person at our Lakewood office.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency level in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support end users for basic computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues.
• Identify, research and resolve technical problems.
• Respond to telephones, email and online requests.
• Document, track and monitor problems using applicable system and tools.
• Serve as first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance.
• Coordinate with other teams or departments to resolve user problems.
