Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Business Analysis for software systems and applications.
• Proven experience interpreting customers’ business needs and translating them into operational requirements.
• Previous experience with Infor Syteline ERP implementations is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform business process design and requirements definition with functional teams.
• Define and document requirements for process changes and development needs.
• Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests and work with technical resources.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
• Liaise between functional team and technical resources for enhancements.
• Provide functional requirements to the development team and perform QA testing.
• Manage scope and requirements throughout the project life cycle.
• Assist in operational roll out and user training.
