Job summary

Cactus Wellhead is seeking a Syteline Technical Business Analyst to bridge business operations and IT delivery. You will support the Infor Syteline ERP, perform data analysis with SQL, and drive system configurations, migrations, and enhancements across production, planning, and finance.

The role collaborates with end users, vendors, and IT leadership to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience with ERP, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, CRM or enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert for Syteline ERP and integrated applications.
Configure core Syteline functional areas: orders, purchasing, inventory, production control, planning, and financials.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements with business teams.
Translate requirements into system configuration, reports, workflows, and technical specs.
Support data integrations, migrations, and ERP modernization efforts.
Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and IT leadership to deliver enhancements.
Perform data analysis using SQL to validate issues and support reporting.
Participate in testing, UAT, and production validation.
