Job summary

Cactus Companies in Houston, TX is seeking a Syteline Technical Business Analyst to bridge business operations and IT delivery teams. You will support Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP, analyze processes, document requirements, and help deliver scalable system solutions.

You will work with end users, developers, vendors, and IT leadership to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, configure systems, and support migrations and data integration efforts.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / similar role.
Experience supporting ERP, manufacturing, finance, or supply chain systems.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for Syteline ERP and related applications.
Configure and support Syteline functional areas (orders, purchasing, inventory, production control, planning, financials).
Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements.
Support data integrations, migrations, and testing.
Document system configurations, test scripts, and procedures.
Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and IT leadership to deliver enhancements.
