Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Business Analysis for software systems.
• Proven experience interpreting customers' business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform business process design and requirements definition.
• Define and document requirements for process changes.
• Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests.
• Communicate with internal teams and external clients.
• Act as a liaison between functional team and technical resources.
• Provide functional requirements and perform QA testing.
• Manage scope and requirements throughout the project life cycle.
• Assist in operational roll out and user training.
