Job summary

ProMach is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with internal stakeholders for IT project execution. You will define, analyze, validate, and document business needs, translating them into actionable requirements while ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions.

You will partner with ERP implementations in a manufacturing setting, communicate clearly with teams and clients, and support training during rollout to maximize adoption and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Business Analysis for software systems and applications.
• Experience with ERP implementations in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform business process design and requirements definition with functional teams.
• Define and document requirements for process changes with technical detail.
• Prioritize enhancement requests and coordinate with technical resources.
• Communicate requirements to internal teams and external clients.
• Serve as liaison between functional teams and developers for enhancements.
• Provide functional requirements and perform QA testing of enhancements.
• Manage scope and requirements throughout the project life cycle.
• Assist in rollout and user training for new functionality and tools.
