Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced RME Planner/CMMS Administrator for its C&W Services division. You will oversee asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory using Infor EAM at our North Randall facility.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment and spare parts data, building PM plans, scheduling work, and training end users. The role requires strong data analytics, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree (or professional training) in Business Admin, Info Systems, Engineering or related fields.
• Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years’ experience with enterprise asset management software.
• Infor EAM ASE is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility PI metrics to management; interpret data and make recommendations.
• Maintain equipment metadata in EAM (manufacturer, model, serial, system structure).
• Maintain Work Order data: add equipment to PM plans, schedules, and work packages; define due dates or initial meter points.
• Develop PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages; support review of WO data accuracy.
• Assist scheduling and assignment of work; manage and close work orders.
• Maintain spare parts metadata (supplier, catalog, min/max, pricing, part numbers).
• Drive materials management: generate requisitions/POs, perform cycle counts, and analyze KPIs.
• Collaborate with EAM analysts to roll out new functionality and standard coding.
• Provide CMMS end-user trainings and act as problem-solver/coach.
