Job summary

Kendall Howard is seeking an ERP Administrator to own and optimize our Infor CSI/SyteLine ERP across manufacturing and supply chain functions. You will implement, administer, and govern ERP processes, while partnering with IT and business teams to ensure accurate data, controlled changes, and reliable reporting.

The role demands strong analytical skills, experience with SQL/Power BI, and the ability to translate business needs into effective ERP configurations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting, administering, implementing, or heavily using a manufacturing ERP system.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, planning, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, MRP, work orders, BOMs, routings, and costing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to trace transactions and processes across ERP functions.
• Experience with relational databases, ERP data structures, reporting/query tools, SQL or comparable data-querying skills.
• Advanced Excel and general data-analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical resources and business users.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration, reporting, or process improvements.
• Strong attention to data accuracy, process discipline, documentation, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key internal resource during Infor CSI implementation.
• Configure, validate, and support the ERP environment with IT, process owners, and consultants.
• Administer users, roles, permissions, workflows, system parameters, upgrades, and testing.
• Maintain test and production environments and support change-control practices.
• Act as the primary escalation point for ERP issues and coordinate with vendors.
• Support ERP functionality for manufacturing, BOMs, routings, and MRP.
• Ensure system configuration reflects approved business processes and data governance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for multiple departments.
• Integrate ERP with MES, CAD/PDM, EDI, and BI platforms.
