Job summary

Methods Machine Tools Inc is seeking an ERP Project & Systems Specialist to optimize Infor SyteLine (CSI) while integrating with enterprise data systems and cloud technologies. You will blend ERP expertise with project management, training, and cross-system integration to improve processes and data accuracy.

You will partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, manage upgrades, and support end-user training and documentation across Finance, Manufacturing, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience supporting, enhancing, or implementing Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial.
• Strong understanding of SyteLine/CSI modules, configuration, Mongoose forms, IDOs, Dataviews, AES, reporting, and core manufacturing or distribution processes.
• Experience leading or supporting ERP projects, including requirements gathering, scope documentation, project planning, testing, change control, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical ERP solutions while balancing standard system functionality, process improvement, and long-term supportability.
• Experience developing user training materials, process documentation, job aids, and role-based ERP guidance.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Infor SyteLine/CSI modules across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production, and Customer Service.
• Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects with defined plans and milestones.
• Develop and maintain SyteLine forms, IDOs, workflows, reports, and customizations.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure effective use of ERP features.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to align ERP decisions with operational needs.
