Job summary

TARGAN Inc in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Infor CloudSuite Industrial Technical Implementation Lead to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise ERP solutions. The role focuses on CSI/SyteLine, IDOs, integrations, and APIs to deliver scalable system enhancements and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on CSI/SyteLine experience, knowledge of Infor OS/ION, and strong problem-solving and leadership abilities for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine/CSI.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience developing Syteline tech solutions, IDOs, integrations, and APIs.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into configurations, customizations, integrations, and automation.
• Design, develop, and maintain IDOs, IDO Methods, Forms, Form Scripts, Event Handlers, and business logic.
• Develop and support integrations using Infor OS/ION, REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and third-party apps.
• Configure and support ION Workflows, ION Connect, BODs, API Gateway, and enterprise integration services.
• Create and maintain data mappings, transformation logic, inbound/outbound interfaces, and automation processes.
• Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and data integrity issues across systems.
• Evaluate existing customizations and integrations and recommend improvements and best practices.
• Support manufacturing operations within a global footprint, including CRM and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
