Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing in Framingham, MA is seeking an ERP Technical Support Engineer to support the Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP system across sites and new implementations. You will develop, test, and support technical ERP solutions, collaborating with power users, project managers, and technical teams to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands‑on CSI experience, strong SQL/.NET, and a data‑driven approach to system optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) and related technologies.
• Experience with CSI system administration, Infor OS, and multi‑tenant CSI SaaS.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements and design ERP solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data reporting, data views, and data lake concepts.
• Experience with .NET, SQL Server, and web technologies.
• Ability to work with end users and technical teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ERP system solutions spanning configurations, reporting, data loads, and integrations.
• Analyze business requirements for functional, performance, security and availability.
• Design and configure ERP solutions per specifications; participate in reviews.
• Perform testing (unit, integration, system, UAT) and implement deployments.
• Travel to Re:Build sites as needed and provide ongoing ERP support and training.
