Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to scale our creator partnerships across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

You will identify, recruit, and manage influencers, negotiating contracts and aligning campaigns with product launches and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, plus a data-driven approach to measure views, engagement, clicks, promo codes, and sales attribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, ideally in tech or consumer electronics
• Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and contracting creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking video metrics and conversion performance
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
• Familiarity with FTC disclosure guidelines and standard influencer contract terms
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships at once. Passion for consumer tech, networking, or smart home products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with content creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Oversee campaign execution from creator outreach and product seeding through content launch and performance analysis.
• Track views, engagement, clicks, promo code usage, and sales attribution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Paid Media, and Channel teams to align influencer content with launches.
