Job summary

You will identify, recruit, and manage creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, building a diverse network aligned with TP-Link's brand and product portfolio. Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, ideally in tech or consumer electronics.
• Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and contracting creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking video metrics and conversion performance (clicks, promo codes, sales attribution).
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with FTC disclosure guidelines and standard influencer contract terms.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships at once.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with content creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Oversee campaign execution from creator outreach and product seeding through content launch and performance analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Paid Media, and Channel teams to align influencer content with product launches and initiatives.
