Springboard is seeking an Influencer Partnerships Specialist on a part-time contract (20 hrs/week) to optimize our creator partnerships across U.S., Canada, Mexico and Latin America. This remote role emphasizes sourcing the right creators, sharp evaluation, and proactive outreach to drive enrollments for both Tech Bootcamps and Allied Health training.

You’ll inherit an existing program, improve sourcing and deal structures, and work within defined CPA targets to maximize program ROI.

• Experience in influencer marketing or partnerships.
• Ability to source and evaluate creators for high-ticket programs.
• Strong outreach and negotiation skills.
