Job summary

Nativex, a leading digital marketing agency with a global footprint, is hiring an Influencer Specialist for the San Francisco Bay Area with remote options. You will identify and onboard influencers across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, and coordinate with Sales to onboard advertisers in influencer marketing.

You will collaborate with Sales and Account Management to nurture client relationships, understand client businesses, and analyze campaign data to guide future strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in mobile advertising or relevant industries is essential.
• Fluency in English is a must; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong cross-cultural communication within a global team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Discover and onboard new influencers, establishing and maintaining relationships with influencers from TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to manage the onboarding process for new advertisers in influencer marketing.
• Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to build and manage relationships with advertising clients in influencer marketing.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and leverage this knowledge to select the most suitable influencers.
• Analyze influencer campaign data to provide detailed reviews and develop strategic plans for future campaigns.
