Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to own our influencer partnerships end-to-end in Sandy Springs, GA. You will source, vet, and manage creators, brief content, and report on performance, collaborating with Social Media and Paid Media teams to amplify results.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in influencer marketing, deep platform fluency (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and strong negotiation and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media with ownership of campaigns and a track record delivering CPM below $5
• Strong fluency across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and understanding formats
• Experience sourcing, vetting creators, negotiating terms and managing partnerships to deliverables and budgets
• Comfort with analytics and turning data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and source influencers and creators whose audience aligns with Serenity and values
• Vet prospects on audience demographics, engagement, content quality and brand fit
• Lead outreach and be the day-to-day contact, building authentic long-term relationships
• Manage contracts and agreements from draft to signature, coordinating terms and exclusivity
• Review and approve influencer content for brand alignment and accuracy
• Track CPM, engagement, conversions and sentiment to optimize creator investments
