Job summary

Sunny Health & Fitness is seeking an Influencer Manager to grow and optimize our influencer partnerships. You will identify partners, manage applications, and nurture ongoing relationships to drive revenue and brand alignment.

You will analyze performance, set KPI targets, coordinate with marketing and ecommerce, and refine commission structures. This role demands excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Experience working with Influencer partners and publishers.
• Strong understanding of Influencer metrics and how they incorporate into business objectives.
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with a highly collaborative work style.
• Self-starter with an exceptional ability to follow through.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify Influencers, evaluate and approve Influencer applications, and integrate new partners.
• Monitor Influencer activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase Influencer-generated revenues.
• Scale the Influencer program by growing existing relationships and proactively recruiting new publishers and partnership opportunities via outreach.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance Influencer programs, new growth opportunities, and optimize ROI.
• Create and continually assess commission structure for Influencers, using internal data, market insights, and competitor research.
• Evaluate and create proposals for new products to add to the Influencer program.
• Reconciliation/attribution of Influencer referrals; ensure Influencers are paid on time and accurately.
• Track performance, report on leads generated, and performance of the programs
• Establish benchmarks and deliver monthly Influencer KPI reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce team and ensure Influencer marketing calendar and strategy is aligned with the wider brand and communication strategy.
• Other duties as needed.

Education
