• Portfolio showing a corporate account and a personal account with 20,000+ followers on Instagram; inbound lead proof required.
• Experience collaborating across teams, including paid media and influencer/creator partners.
• Comfort with social analytics and the ability to turn data into recommendations.
• Enthusiasm for social media and Serenity mission.

• Run Serenity's corporate social accounts with a high-quality, professional voice.
• Develop a personal branded account to educate on mental health topics and promote the main account.
• Plan cross-promotion with influencer marketing and align with content calendar.
• Enforce brand guidelines across social content.
• Provide briefs and guidance for influencer content.
• Monitor engagement and foster community across accounts.
