Job summary

Born Social in New York City is seeking an Influence Manager to lead creator partnerships within a hybrid work model (3 days in office per week). You will source and vet creators, craft briefs, and manage campaigns from start to finish while driving performance insights and strong relationships with talent agencies.

The role requires experience with creator-led campaigns, a solid understanding of social trends, and the ability to coordinate across internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering creator-led campaigns, ideally from an agency.
• Strong understanding of the current creator landscape and social trends.
• Comfortable working with creators, agencies, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts, deadlines, and approvals across campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Source and vet creators for partnerships aligned with campaign objectives.
• Create clear briefs translating brand direction into authentic content opportunities.
• Manage communication with creators and agencies from start to delivery.
• Review creator content with internal teams and coordinate feedback and edits.
• Track performance, maintain reporting tools, and derive insights for future campaigns.
