TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to scale our creator partnerships across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

You will recruit and negotiate with content creators, manage relationships, and drive awareness and measurable business results through data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in influencer marketing, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and familiarity with FTC guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and contracting creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills with tracking video metrics and conversion performance.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with FTC disclosure guidelines and standard influencer contract terms.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships at once.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Oversee campaign execution from outreach to content launch and performance analysis.
• Track metrics such as views, engagement, clicks, promo code usage, and sales attribution.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Paid Media, and Channel teams to align influencer content with launches.
