Job summary

Crispin, a leading creator and influencer management agency in Downtown Houston, is seeking a proactive Creator & Influencer Manager to lead influencer campaigns and manage communications, negotiations, and progress tracking across multiple teams.

You will guide Coordinators and Associate Managers, draft briefs, review influencer content for FTC alignment, and maintain a network of 50+ influencers while collaborating with paid media, SEO, and creative teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of creator/influencer experience.
• Ability to work from Downtown office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Strong communication and influencer management process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of influencer campaigns including outreach, negotiations and communications.
• Draft campaign briefs and materials as directed.
• Review influencer content for FTC alignment and client goals; final approval by senior member.
• Provide support on influencer reporting or wrap reports.
• Manage and expand Crispin’s network of influencers (50+).
• Assist in team trainings and presentations.
• Create contract templates with senior approval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (paid media, SEO, creative).
• Engage in internal and client meetings; present ideas in meetings.
