Job summary

Trend Management is seeking a proactive Talent Manager to drive influencer campaigns from inception to completion in Houston, TX. You will secure campaigns, ensure content is created, track deliverables, and manage timely payments to influencers, while coordinating between brands and creators.

The ideal candidate has strong contract negotiations, project management, and relationship-building skills, with experience in influencer marketing and hands-on use of project tools such as Asana.

• Experience in contract negotiations and project management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brands.
• Daily communication with talent regarding offers, strategy, reporting and earnings.
• Ensure timely and accurate content deliverables and campaign briefs.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Manage contracts, negotiations, and post dates for campaigns; track orders and invoicing.
• Ensure records in Asana are accurate for campaign fulfillment.
• Resolve content or contract issues with brands and influencers as needed.
