M Booth in New York is seeking a Senior Influencer Strategist to drive multi‑channel influencer programs for top‑tier CPG brands. You’ll own end‑to‑end campaigns, shape client POVs, and mentor junior teammates in influencer relations and campaign management.

You’ll bridge paid, earned, and owned channels, partner with analytics to translate performance into insights, and stay ahead of creator culture with hands‑on platform experience.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of dedicated influencer experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Proven track record executing end‑to‑end influencer programs with measurable brand impact.
• Leadership experience mentoring 1–2 team members.
• Deep fluency across paid, owned, and social ecosystems with IAT collaboration.
• Strong negotiation skills across talent contracts and licenses.

Responsabilités

• Architect end‑to‑end influencer strategies aligned with client goals and cultural trends.
• Lead influencer relations: vetting, outreach, contracts, briefs, and content reviews.
• Bridge paid, earned, and owned channels to amplify creator content.
• Serve as primary client counselor for influencer initiatives and campaign roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Analytics to turn performance data into insights and narratives.
