Job summary

Linktree is hiring an Influencer Marketing Lead to design and run a scaled, always-on creator content program across multiple verticals. You will source, brief, and manage hundreds to thousands of creators, and build seeding, whitelisting, and affiliate mechanics that turn content into a repeatable growth engine.

This senior role owns the entire creator surface, partners with the growth marketing team on paid amplification, and measures returns against budget.

Qualifications

• Experience running scaled influencer, creator, or UGC programs—always-on and high-volume.
• Ability be held to acquisition metrics: CAC, CPA, ROAS, or signups.
• Hands-on in seeding at scale, whitelisting, Spark Ads, affiliate/referral tracking.
• Comfort budgeting across high-volume seeding and affiliate spend with rationale.
• Experience structuring creator deals and evaluating returns.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a scaled, always-on creator content program across verticals; manage hundreds to thousands of creators.
• Own the full range of creator relationships, from seeding to large negotiated deals, with accountable returns.
• Own and deploy creator budget across seeding, whitelisting, paid content, affiliates, and partnerships.
• Develop measurable, reusable mechanics: usage rights, attribution, and campaign permissions.
• Collaborate with growth marketing to optimize paid amplification and fast distribution of proven content.
• Create a repeatable playbook for sourcing, briefing, contracting, and measuring creator content.
• Negotiate and structure deals end-to-end: rates, deliverables, exclusivity, usage rights.
• Leverage cross-org creator relationships when suitable; build a dedicated sourcing engine for the program.
• Regularly report performance and decide what to scale or shift in budget and scope.
