Job summary

Alloy Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Influencer & Creator Marketing to own the influencer program strategy and P&L performance. This senior IC will partner with Growth leadership to roadmap influencer’s role in Alloy’s media mix, beyond a fixed playbook.

The role sits in paid acquisition and reports to the Director of Growth Marketing. The role requires building enduring relationships with creators, developing briefs that balance brand standards with creator voice, and measuring lift across

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of influencer or creator marketing experience with ownership.
• Hands-on experience sourcing, contracting, briefing, content review, and performance reporting.
• Experience designing incrementality or lift-based measurement approaches.
• Deep platform fluency across Instagram and TikTok; working knowledge of YouTube.
• Familiarity with FTC disclosure requirements and health/wellness content.

Responsibilities

• Own the influencer and creator marketing strategy, including program structure, tiering, content formats, and channel mix.
• Develop and maintain a point of view on contribution to brand awareness, audience growth, and paid acquisition with measurable impact.
• Build and manage a diversified roster of influencer partners across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Stay current on platform trends and creator economy shifts to identify opportunities early.
• Develop program infrastructure: briefs, review workflows, tracking systems, and post-campaign reporting cadences.
