THE·TEAM in Los Angeles or Brooklyn seeks a Manager with influencer experience to oversee campaigns, manage project leads and build strong client relationships. You will work with internal teams and clients to ensure streamlined execution, delivering strategic and creative solutions aligned with goals and budgets.

With 5+ years in influencer marketing, you will lead cross-functional efforts, drive results, and provide insightful reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience managing clients and executing influencer campaigns.
• Strong organisational and execution skills across multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Deep knowledge of influencer marketing across major platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute successful influencer campaigns across multiple clients and verticals.
• Serve as the primary client contact, leading kickoff and status calls.
• Provide strategic and creative solutions to hit client goals.
• Source, vet and contract influencer talent; negotiate with talent and agents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet all client KPIs.
• Manage paid media process and reporting; oversee timelines and budgets.
• Prepare project reporting with actionable performance recommendations.
