Job summary

THE TEAM seeks a Senior Manager with influencer experience to oversee campaigns, manage project leads, and build client relationships. You will work with internal teams and clients to ensure timely, on-budget delivery across multiple verticals.

You will source and contract talent, negotiate with agents, and present performance-driven insights. Hybrid work includes a Dumbo office, with a strong focus on strategic and creative execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience managing clients and executing influencer campaigns.
• Strong organisational and execution skills across multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and creative problem solving.
• Knowledge of social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and paid media reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute influencer campaigns across multiple clients and verticals.
• Serve as primary client contact; lead kickoff and weekly status calls.
• Provide strategic and creative solutions to meet client goals.
• Source, vet and contract influencer talent; negotiate with talent/agents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs and manage timelines/budgets.
• Prepare and present project reporting with performance analysis and recommendations.
• Act as a trusted resource and make decisions to support campaign delivery.
