Job summary

Aspire is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join our Managed Services Team. This role manages influencer and social campaigns for enterprise clients, requiring exceptional organization and proactive client support from kickoff to wrap-up.

Responsibilities include owning key client relationships, guiding cross-functional strategy with KPIs and budgets, mentoring junior staff, and delivering insightful analytics and polished exec-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
• 1-3 years of client management experience.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute large influencer campaigns for top brands.
• Own client relationships and serve as primary contact for campaign activity.
• Lead integrated influencer marketing strategies with internal teams.
• Mentor Campaign Associates and drive campaign execution.
• Deliver analytics and executive-grade campaign performance reports.
• Collaborate with Agency Leadership to improve processes and execution.
