The role offers potential extension or conversion to full-time depending on business needs. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in influencer marketing or related fields, excellent organization, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness.
• Clear and concise communication with clients and team.
• Proactive and able to suggest ideas.
• Strong interpersonal and prioritization abilities.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• BA degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer outreach and selection for campaigns.
• Curate creator recommendations for clients to ensure brand fit and success.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships: negotiate terms, set details, approvals, fulfillment, and payments.
• Support Campaign Managers in project management to run campaigns smoothly.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platform analytics.
• Stay updated on social media trends across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.
