Jobot in Dallas, TX is seeking an Influencer and Affiliate Manager to lead the brand's ambassador program in the CPG space. You will own growth strategies, manage partnerships with fitness professionals, creators, and athletes, and drive revenue across digital and e-commerce channels.

Focus on scalable processes, cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and creative teams, and guidance to partners on content strategy and messaging. On-site, permanent role.

Own the development and growth of the company's influencer, ambassador, and strategic partnership ecosystem.

Identify new opportunities to expand the brand's presence through fitness professionals, creators, athletes, and other relevant personalities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners while ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to effectively represent the brand.

Create partnership strategies designed to increase customer acquisition, engagement, brand visibility, and e-commerce sales.

Develop promotional initiatives around new products, seasonal opportunities, product launches, and ongoing brand campaigns.

Provide guidance to influencers and partners regarding content strategy, social media best practices, promotional messaging, and audience engagement.

Help develop and refine internal processes that improve the efficiency and scalability of the partnership program.

Provide leadership and direction to supporting team members involved in affiliate and partnership initiatives.

Maintain a strong understanding of social platforms, creator trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the fitness and wellness space.
