Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage influencer partnerships end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with influencer contracts, negotiations and redlining.

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end from vetting to reporting.
• Evaluate creators by audience fit, engagement, content quality and performance.
• Build and maintain a creator/UGC pipeline for paid, gifted, affiliate, and ongoing partnerships.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, and contract terms with creators.
