Job summary

Vida Shoes International is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our affiliate program across multiple footwear brands. You will recruit partners, optimize content and performance, and manage commission structures to maximize profitability in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment.

The role requires 3–5+ years in affiliate marketing, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and experience with networks like Impact, ShareASale, or CJ.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
• Experience managing multiple brands or accounts concurrently.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, ShareASale, CJ).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
• Excellent relationship-management and negotiation skills.
• Retail/e-commerce or footwear experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day affiliate operations across multiple brands, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop brand-specific affiliate strategies unique to each brand's positioning and audience.
• Set and monitor commission structures to ensure profitability across different price points.
• Own our affiliate network platform (Impact) — tracking setup, link management, payouts, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze performance data to identify top-performing partners, content types, and channels; reallocate budget accordingly.
• Recruit and negotiate with new affiliates, influencers, content creators, and coupon/loyalty sites.
• Ensure brand compliance and messaging across all affiliate content and channels.
• Monitor for fraud and coupon/code misuse across the network.
• Prepare regular performance reporting and forecasts for leadership by brand.
• Stay current on affiliate industry trends, tools, and best practices.
