Job summary

American Airlines in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Crew Manager for Inflight Performance within the NFLT group. You will supervise flight attendants' performance, coordinate reports in APS, and coach team members to address concerns while upholding policy standards.

You will lead conversations, document records, and participate in initiatives shaping future performance strategy. The role requires on-site work and a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• On-site work at base/location.
• Experience with SABRE/DECS-FOS and Tableau.
• Experience working with represented labor groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance reports for an assigned group of flight attendants.
• Leads all performance conversations and updates/documents flight attendants’ record in the Attendance and Performance System (APS).
• Ensures flight attendants understand and comply with Inflight policies, procedures, and regulations
• Provides coaching and counseling to flight attendants to address performance concerns.
• Implements appropriate action for violations, up to and including dismissal.
• Supports Inflight initiatives related to flight attendant performance.
• Participates in task forces to problem solve and plan the future direction of the Performance team.
