Job summary

Allegiant Air seeks an Inflight Base Supervisor to lead Flight Attendants at the Fletcher base, ensuring safety, on-time performance, and exceptional customer service. You will coach staff, conduct investigations, and manage daily operations across irregular schedules.

This role requires strong leadership, conflict resolution, and knowledge of FARs, with travel as needed. You will work in a fast-paced, frontline environment and uphold Allegiant's values and standards.

Qualifications

• Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a background check.
• Associate's Degree or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to achieve on-time performance goals for the base/region.
• Coach and develop Flight Attendants to meet performance targets.
• Hire, terminate, and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Conduct investigations and grievance processes; manage conflict resolution.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service standards.
