Job summary

Endeavor Air, a Delta Air Lines subsidiary, seeks an Inflight Base Manager to lead Inflight Crew Managers at the MSP base. You’ll drive safety, regulatory compliance, and performance, while guiding crew operations and administrative staff to align with company values.

You will partner with labor relations, Flight Operations, and other departments to ensure operational readiness, staff development, and timely responses to irregular operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Three years of experience in Inflight, airline operations, or a related field preferred.
• Two years of people-leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to achieve and maintain Flight Attendant qualification and certification.
• Working knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, Flight Attendant policies and procedures, and collective bargaining agreement administration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through operational complexity, manage competing priorities, and make timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Inflight Crew Managers and administrative staff with clear expectations and measurable goals.
• Establish and execute base goals to improve safety, regulatory compliance, dependability, on-time performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends and risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, the Flight Attendant Manual, Company policies, the collective bargaining agreement, and other applicable requirements.
• Oversee Flight Attendant performance management at the base, including attendance and investigations, in partnership with HR and Labor Relations as appropriate.
• Provide guidance for investigations involving policy violations and ensure well-documented outcomes.
• Lead the base’s SAFA program, educational initiatives, and Inflight programs, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain visible leadership across shifts and locations to support employees and operations.
• Coordinate with partners to support readiness and recovery during events and irregular operations.
• Participate in hub, base, departmental, and Flight Attendant meetings and communicate priorities and results.
