Job summary

Allegiant Air is seeking a qualified Inflight Base Supervisor to lead the Flight Attendant team at the Fletcher, NC base. You will manage operations, respond to irregular operations, and drive on-time performance while upholding Allegiant’s customer service standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting investigations, hiring/terminating crew, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel and flexible hours are required to support a national network.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of experience as a flight attendant.
• Minimum two years of experience managing people.
• Minimum one year of experience managing in a union environment.
• Must pass Allegiant Flight Attendant Training.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to receive and understand instructions and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to achieve on-time performance goals for the base/region.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans and respond to irregular operations.
• Coach and develop Flight Attendants to meet/exceed performance expectations.
• Hire and terminate Flight Attendants as needed.
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain employment records and handle grievance processes.
