Job summary

Pfizer seeks a senior leader to own the inflammation and immunology evidence strategy across the product lifecycle, integrating RWE, epi, patient-centered research, and cross-functional delivery to maximize product and patient impact.

This hybrid role requires onsite work a average of 2.5 days per week within commuting distance, and involves partnering with regulatory, safety, medical, and research units to deliver high-quality evidence and shape external leadership in data science.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of pharmaceutical or evidence-generation experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary scientific teams in complex matrix environments.
• Experience shaping evidence strategy across late-phase and post-approval programs.
• Knowledge of regulatory evidence expectations and global agency engagement.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance problem solving and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise-wide strategy and drive execution across the product lifecycle.
• Establish external and internal scientific leadership in RWE, epidemiology, evidence generation, and data science.
• Influence critical decisions across global functions, regulators, payers, and strategic partners.
