Pfizer is seeking a senior leader to own development of the inflammation and immunology therapeutic area evidence strategy across the product lifecycle. You will integrate IEP, RWE/Epi, patient-centered research, and cross-functional delivery to maximize product and patient impact.

You will shape external and internal scientific leadership in RWE, epidemiology, and data science innovation, partnering with global medical and regulatory teams to drive strategic and measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Epidemiology, Outcomes Research, Medicine, Public Health, Statistics, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of pharmaceutical/academic/evidence-generation experience; 15+ years preferred for enterprise leadership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary scientific teams in complex matrix environments.
• Experience shaping evidence strategy and delivering late-phase/post-approval RWE/Epi programs.
• Knowledge of regulatory evidence expectations and engagement with FDA, EMA, MHRA, or other global agencies.
• Experience using AI tools including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, and exploring responsible AI practices.
