Pfizer is seeking a senior leader to own the inflammation and immunology evidence strategy across the product lifecycle, integrating IEP, RWE/Epi, patient-centered research, and cross-functional delivery to maximize impact. The role calls for global partnership with Medical, Regulatory, Safety, and other units, and a focus on AI-driven innovations and responsible use.

Competenze

Advanced degree in Epidemiology, Medicine, Public Health, Statistics or related field.
15+ years pharma/academic/evidence generation experience; 15+ years leadership preferred.
Proven success leading multidisciplinary scientific teams in complex environments.
Experience shaping evidence strategy for late-phase/post-approval/integrated programs.
Knowledge of regulatory expectations; engagement with FDA/EMA/MHRA preferred.
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and responsible AI practices.
